Having a positive impact on people's lives, in local communities and beyond.
It's not just our staff who raise awareness and funds for good causes; our students are just as heavily involved!
Thousands of pounds have been collected for a wide range of amazing charities, local to the College and national and international causes too.
We've had Level 3 Music Technology students organise and perform a charity gig in aid of The Cystic Fibrosis Trust, with over 260 tickets bought.
Health and Social Care students took on a 26-mile hike along the Jurassic Coast to raise money for Macmillan, as they all knew someone who has been affected in some way by the disease.
Back at our campuses, there are regular bake sales, raffles and other proactive initiatives to coincide with national charity days.
Students' charity work can also take the form of a social action project. Business students, for example, collaborated with local employers for #100Coats, a project that helped deliver more than 100 coats and jackets to those in need within the local community over the winter.
