On this course you will study the reproduction, physiology, behaviour, and nutrition of horses.
You will be taught through a combination of methods including lectures, laboratory-based activities, seminars, peer and self-assessment, online resources, and tutorial support.
Most of you theoretical learning will take place at Oxford Brookes University, but you will also spend time at our college’s farm where you can put some of the theory you have learnt into practice.
During your degree, you will go on trips to research centres, studs, racecourses and sales, enabling you to see how the industry works and preparing you for future employment.
