Impartial advice is the key to good career advice and guidance!

I originally trained in science and have worked in research and development roles for chemical processing industries in Oxfordshire.

In 2008, I decided I wanted a total career change and wanted to find a role where I would be supporting others. In September 2009 I went back to university full-time and embarked on a Post-Graduate Diploma in Career Guidance and graduated in 2010.

After working with charities and housing associations supporting people in a range of challenging circumstances, I joined the College as a Careers Advisor in 2017.

With my experience of the management and recruitment process from both sides, I can provide impartial information, advice and guidance on any careers-related matters, to all students and departments across the College, either one-to-one or in groups.

I am available in Witney between 8.30am-5pm, Monday-Wednesday and Friday, in CH103 (first floor in the Courthouse building above reception). You can find me at Common Leys Farm on a Thursday.
