At Abingdon & Witney College we have a number of roles to suit everyone from Learning Support Assistants, Administrative Staff, Cleaners and Caretakers to Trainers in many subject areas.

We have roles that are part-time, full-time, all year round, term time only and value ourselves on being a flexible, family friendly employer.

Want to get in to teaching?

Not a qualified Lecturer, don’t worry! We just want you to be passionate about helping students. We offer an excellent Licence to Teach programme for all our Lecturers to help develop their teaching support skills. We can also help you gain your Award in Education and Training, if you wish to.

What do I do next?

If you would like to find out more about our wide variety of opportunities, please come along to our Staff Recruitment Event on Wednesday 25th January 2023 at either our Abingdon or Witney Campuses.

You will have the opportunity to meet some staff from the different work areas, see the facilities, meet the HR team and find out more about becoming an employer, and much more! There will also be an application station if you wanted to apply there and then!

This is a family friendly event, so please bring along your children – we will have a colouring corner to keep them entertained!
