All across Common Leys Farm, students will find diverse spaces where they can pursue their passion for learning. From large ponds for ecological studies to specially-planted hedges for power tool practice, there's no limit to the skills that can be developed here.
There are woodland and wetland areas for carrying out wildlife surveys and setting up wildlife camera traps and spaces for hedge-laying and tree planting training.
Furthermore, as a working farm, there are always opportunities for students to gain outdoor experience in doing something that might not be on their usual timetable. For example, we've had students emergency repair a Cotswold-stone and earth bridge so our tractors can keep on the move!
