We want someone who is keen to learn to become a Gardener and gain experience in most aspects of agriculture. Someone enthusiastic for the countryside and enjoys being outside in all weathers. Salary will be between £15-17K dependent on experience.

We are looking for an apprentice gardener to join our team at Bletchingdon Park, which is undergoing major redevelopment. The gardens consist of lawns, water gardens, borders, fruit, and flowers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion in horticulture and countryside and wants to develop a career in a unique garden. The role involves lawn care, planting and aftercare of outside containers, as well as other duties.

Apprentices will receive training in a wide range of mechanical and electrical engineering skills which will include the use of computer based design work, and hands on involvement in the construction, testing and installation of equipment. Candidates must be self-motivated, conscientious and be willing to eventually travel and work abroad.
