This course is designed for learners who want to maintain their health and wellbeing through regular Yoga practice. This course will be delivered online using Microsoft Teams
Experience a range of gentle Yoga postures to improve health and wellbeing and lower stress levels. Working at your own pace to carry out stretching, breath work and relaxation in a class with a range of abilities. Bring a Yoga mat and any other equipment that you are used to using for example blocks and belts. Please note that standing postures will be carried out in bare feet and you will need a blanket for relaxation.
Bring a bottle of water for re-hydration.
