A course that offers comprehensive, non-aerobic exercises to help improve posture and balance, maintain suppleness, promote fitness and general wellbeing. The exercises are underpinned by the Alexander Technique, Pilates and Yoga. The tutor will tailor exercises to suit personal needs. Come and learn about YOUR posture.
The exercises work through the whole body and are repeated each session so that you can remember them and continue to practice at home. The exercises involve both standing and lying on the floor. Please wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing, have bare feet or non-slip socks. Bring along an exercise mat and a small pillow to support your head when lying on the floor. This course is about maintaining fitness, suppleness and muscle tone and improve posture, balance and wellbeing.
