If you have no or minimal knowledge of the Polish language then this is the place for you to start your journey into the Polish language. “Rusty” beginners who have learned very little Polish but feel that revision and practice would be useful, may want to consider signing up as well. However, if this applies to you, you may need to consider that the course might be a bit too slow or easy for your needs, should you know much more than complete beginners.
You will start to learn the basics of this popular language by looking at the following topics• Greetings, including introducing oneself, friends, family• family members• describing your environment : classroom, home ,town• likes/dislikes• colours• days of the week• months• simple time expressions
You will also learn to become proficient inGrammar:• Polish alphabet/vowels and consonants in Polish• pronunciation• personal pronouns• gender• negation, questions and word order• cardinal and ordinal numbers• parts of speech
Please note there will be no teaching sessions on 03.05.21 and 31.05.21
