Explore ways of cooking plant-based foods with confidence. Prepare dishes from plant-based foods that are healthy and nutritious and don't take long to make!
This 3 week course will cover the basics of nutrition and how to cook healthy meals from plant-based foods. It will consider the benefits of certain foods that support your mental and physical well-being and health. Some foods are particularly great for the brain and these will be explored on the course.
You will have the opportunity to make some healthy dishes to include products such as pistachio roasted beetroot; kale and sunflower seed; blueberry and oat breakfast or avocado chocolate slices.
Details of what to bring will be provided a week before each session.
Tea/Coffee are available to make, with a small charge. In order to reduce the use of single-use plastic water bottles/cups, there is a watercooler on site making it easy to refill your water bottle.Free parking.
