This course builds on the skills developed in Part One and supports participants in taking collective action to make a lasting difference in their community.
This course offers an opportunity to explore practical ways to strengthen community involvement and take collective action to improve community cohesion. There are five sessions that will cover the following topics: • developing collaborative partnerships • groupwork and leadership skills • problem solving • participatory decision-making processes • identifying short term, medium term and long-term goals to make a lasting difference.
